2. Purpose of this website
This website presents ClarityCompanion and enables prospective pilot and research partners to make contact. It does not provide medical advice, emergency support or a live companion service.
3. Server data
The hosting provider may process technically necessary request data such as IP address, time, requested page, device and browser information to securely deliver the website and prevent misuse. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in stable and secure operation under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Technical logs are to be retained only for as long as necessary for security and operation.
4. Contact form
The partnership form prepares a message in your own email application. The website itself does not store the entered form data. When you send the email, its processing is governed by your email provider and ours. We use the information only to respond to your inquiry and, where applicable, prepare a requested partnership discussion.
