Accessibility Statement

ClarityCompanion aims to make this website usable by older adults, families, care organizations and partners with diverse access needs.

Our target

The website is designed toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA. It uses semantic page structure, keyboard-accessible controls, visible focus states, generous type sizes, large touch targets, sufficient contrast and reduced-motion support.

Motion and animation

Motion is decorative and not required to understand the content. If your device requests reduced motion, animations and smooth scrolling are significantly reduced.

Known limitations

The language selector changes the main page content without changing the page URL. Legal pages currently combine English and German headings but are primarily written in English. A formal external accessibility audit has not yet been completed.

Feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, tell us which page and what assistive technology or device you used. We will review the issue and aim to provide the information in an accessible alternative format.
